Creating an account allows you to monitor your orders, management of your feedback or even receive surprises!
How to create a LABDIP account?
To create a customer account, nothing could be simpler.
- Click on the tabMY ACCOUNT at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile, then "Create an account".
- Fill the requested information and validate.
How to connect to my LABDIP account?
To connect, click on the tab MY ACCOUNT top right. You will need your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password (which can happen), you can click on "Forgot password" in order to create a new password.
I can't connect to my Labdip account
If you can't connect to your LABDIP account, we invite you to change your password.
- Go to space the tabMY ACCOUNT At the top right of the home page
- Enter your email address
- Click on "Forgot password?"
- You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it and then connect.
Remember to check your spam well, email sometimes slips into it :)
I can't connect to my account and an error message is displayed when I click on "Forgotten password", how to do it?
If an error message is displayed when you make a "forgotten password", it means that you surely do not have an account at Labdip or you have placed an order as "guest".
But it's nothing, you can create it in a few clicks!

How to register for the newsletter?
Go at the bottom of our website and enter your email address in the "Noémie@exemple.com" box. As a bonus, you will receive a discount of € 10 on your first order!
How to delete my account?
If you want to delete your e-shop account, contact our customer service via the "Contact us" section. Deleting your data will be effective within 72 hours.
