Returns, exchanges and reimbursements

 

Here are the steps to make your return:

  1. To make a request, click on The link here or the button below, with your order number and your email address. You don't need to connect to your account to make the request.
  2. Choose the artcile (s) you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Choose if you prefer to make a return or an exchange. In the case of an exchange, choose the model you want to receive.
  4. Confirm your choice and Download the label To make the return.
  5. Place your package in a post office

Return methods

The feedback is free!
You benefit from a legal period of 14 days maximum from the day of receipt of your package to make your return or exchange request. You then have 7 days from the reception of your return voucher to send us your package or drop it to the showroom.*

Only the products under their original conditions (packaging + unaccompanied product, not retouched, unwanted, etc.) will be reimbursed. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you.


We exclusively accept the returns of goods purchased on the Labdip online store. If you have made your purchases in a partner shop, please go there to return or exchange your items.

*These conditions vary in the case of an order with the service "Try before buying"

 

How long would I be reimbursed?

We reimburse you within a period of between 4 and 10 working days after good reception of your return package by our logistics workshop. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Count between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of the email to see the refund on your bank account appear.

 

Exchange terms

If you need a different size, we offer a free exchange in France. If the exchange does not suit you, the return will be your responsibility. We have only one exchange for logistical and management reasons.

 

Satisfied or refunded

The essential characteristics of the articles are presented on www.labdip.fr in each of the articles sheets.

The customer is fully informed that the images, photos and the colors of the items put on sale may however not correspond to the real colors under the effect of the Internet browser on the screen used.

The Customer, if he is not satisfied, has a period of thirty days from the date of shipment to return it and obtain the reimbursement of the sums already paid. This period includes the legal seven-day withdrawal period provided for in articles L121-20 and following of the Consumer Code.

The article must be returned to the new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a return voucher, to the address indicated on this return voucher.

In the absence of a return voucher Labdip Bets cannot refund the returned items.

The articles returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or salis will not be taken up.

The returned item will be refunded to the Customer within a maximum of thirty days from their receipt by Labdip Bets. It is up to the customer to keep any proof of return, namely a return by recommended parcel or by any other means giving a certain date to his dispatch.

The reimbursement will be made by a credit of the amount to be reimbursed on the customer's bank account debited during the transaction.

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, LABDIP Paris is bound to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without expense, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days.

For countries outside the EEC, please specify to customs services that it is a return for non-compliance. The articles returned incomplete, abysses, damaged, damaged or salis due to the customer will not be reimbursed.
